If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly facilitate an exchange or return to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that all returns require a purchase order number and authorization from an ABC sales manager. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To prevent abuse of the return policy—particularly for occasional use only wedding items —and to ensure fair treatment of all customers, we do not accept returns on customized products. Returned items must be in NEW condition (unused and resalable) and in the original packaging, including any promotional items. Only one box of the same item may be opened for inspection. Opening more than one box will be considered usage, and such returns may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method. All returns must filed within seven days of receiving the order.

For your protection, items must be returned with prepaid shipping, insured for the full value, and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. All charges related to the return of items to ABC Glass, Inc. are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was received. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure your shipment is not lost in transit. We cannot be held responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our liability is strictly limited to refunding the purchase price of the merchandise.
